Jiangsu Fabulous Pipe Systems Inc. is a pressure pipe component manufacturing licensing unit, the company is located in Changzhou Wujin District Huangli Town Industrial Park. Founded in 1995, covers an area of 35000 square meters, construction area of 28000 square meters.
The company's main products are high, medium and low pressure carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel elbows, tee joints, reducers, etc.; high, medium and low pressure medium frequency elbows, power plant piping, factory prefabricated elbows, etc. Products are widely used in petroleum, chemical, refining, electricity, heating and other pipeline projects. The annual production capacity of various pipe fittings is more than 10000 tons, the output value is 0.15 billion yuan, and the annual sales volume is 0.12 billion yuan.
The company has 180 employees and 25 technicians, including 8 middle and senior professional titles, 8 full-time inspectors, 5 certified welders and 2 non-destructive testing level II personnel.
The company has all the equipment, facilities and tooling required for the production and manufacturing process of pressure piping components. The press includes 1 set above 1500t, 4 sets above 500t, 2 sets of three-way special machines and 2 sets of stainless steel pushing machines.
The intermediate frequency machine includes 3 sets of 250kw and 500kw multifunctional pipe benders. The maximum pipe bending specification reaches the medium 1420 mmX55mm, and the maximum forming specification of the intermediate frequency push elbow is the medium 1020 mmx65mm, which is the larger forming diameter and wall thickness of the domestic pipe bending processing and push elbow.
In addition, there are 2 domestic advanced, high degree of automation with mandrel stainless steel cold push machine, specially used for stainless steel elbow and elbow push.
