Considering that the shaping of small-diameter thin-walled stainless steel pipes is better, we can learn from the spinning processing method, I .e. one end of the stainless steel pipe is fixed on the chuck through a clamping cylinder, the chuck is driven to rotate by a spindle motor, the rotating wheel frame is coaxial with the stainless steel pipe, and is equipped with a threaded cylinder and a hard alloy rotating wheel, the rotating wheel frame is connected with the threaded motor through a screw rod, and the rotating motor drives the rotating wheel frame to move axially. Under the joint action of the radial extrusion of the rotating wheel and the spindle motor, the stainless steel tube realizes continuous point-by-point shaping deformation.

The specific production process includes five stages: automatic feeding, feeding, clamping, thread processing and material withdrawal. The whole system can realize unattended automatic processing, as long as the number of required processing, product parameters and system parameters are input on the touch screen interface. The product parameters include the speed and pitch of the main motor, the number of thread segments of each stainless steel pipe and the length and starting distance of each thread. The system parameters include sensor delay time, screw lead, servo motor acceleration and deceleration time and reverse movement speed of the thread motor. The specifications of processed products can be flexibly adjusted by setting product parameters and system parameters, while adjusting the screw cylinder to change the screw pressure depth.
